MortuaryTrace is a secure mortuary management system for hospital mortuary teams, bringing admissions, storage, tissue tracking, shift handovers, release, reporting and audit work into a single controlled workspace.

It is being designed to replace fragmented paper lists, spreadsheets and duplicated checks with a calmer operational record that follows each case from first notification through to final release.

Coordinated daily work Shift handovers with operational snapshots and staff acknowledgements, plus My Work for assigned duties and post-mortem work.

Tissue and sample tracking Link samples to cases and episodes, print sample labels, manage dispatches and returns, and record discrepancies, outcomes and chain of custody.
